100 grams or 3.5 ounces of chicken breast
½ a diced onion
Approximately 3 whole garlic cloves

Black pepper

½ cup raw asparagus


Cooking instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Heat a saucepan over medium heat on your stove
Place your diced onions into the saucepan and stir until they are tender, this usually takes a little over 5 minutes.
Place onion into a glass baking dish
Put your 4 ounces of chicken breast on top of the onions
Squeeze or drizzle your lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle black pepper over the chicken to taste. If you want it spicy then add your choice or combination of paprika, sea salt, and a few drops of hot sauce.
Place your garlic cloves around and on the chicken
Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil
Cook your meal for 30-45 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
After it’s cooked you can also add more hot sauce if you need it.
