1 cup blueberries
½ cup ice
¼ teaspoon powdered stevia or 10 drops liquid stevia
(chocolate flavor)
½ to 1 cup water depending on desired thickness
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (organic with no added
sugar)
Preparation instructions
Add blueberries into blender and blend to a smooth
puree
Add in ice and blend
Blend in water to achieve desired thickness
As you blend in water add in stevia drops so it mixes
evenly
Now, I mentioned earlier that you can alter these HCG
Diet recipes to turn these smoothies into a meal, and increase its ability to
fill you up. Both of these shakes can be turned into protein shakes easily, and
