How
long will it take this time? On this question, there is no fixed answer. During
the attack depends on the number of pounds you are trying to lose, age, and

Category 3 - fish:
Of
this family, all foods are allowed. Are allowed and smoked fish, especially

Category 4 - seafood:
Allowed
all shellfish: shrimp, crab, lobster, crawfish, langoustine, oysters, mussels,

Category 5 - birds:
All
birds are allowed outside the flat beak meaning: goose and duck. Attention! The
only thing that is not permitted for use as poultry skin is extremely oily.
Thus, although birds may be cooked with skin (baked chicken, etc.) have to remove
the skin before you eat.
Chicken
is of course recommended but avoid its fatty parts (fins, skin, etc). The
chicken is suggested.
The
rabbit is an animal very weak and can eat any portion thereof.
Category 6 - delicacies (sausages):
You
can eat all the delicacies that do not contain fat: turkey, chicken, smoked
beef fillet ones (like capriccio of beef, broccoli, etc.).
You cannot
eat ham but if you find fat.
Category 7 - eggs:
Eggs
can be eaten boiled or scrambled eggs cooked without oil to use for cooking.
Dr.
Dukan also recommends adding shrimp or prawns to make eggs more interesting.
You can also make omelets and a few slices of onion.
Although
remaining above discussed foods can be eaten in, any quantity problem with eggs
is their high cholesterol content. Thus, it is recommended to consume only
between 3 to 4 eggs with yolks a week. Instead, whites can be consumed at any
time without any restrictions - as I mentioned above it is the purest form of
protein in existence. It is also recommended that when making omelets to use
the yolk for every two whites - so you keep the yolk taste but omelets will be healthier.
Category 8 - fat dairy (yogurt and
cheese with 0% fat):
Attention!
Can be consumed only 100% dairy fat that is with 0% fat. Half-fat dairy
products are not allowed.
This
milk is not accepted unless in very small quantities (i.e. 0% less milk in
coffee) because it contains lactose, which is sugar. Lactose is removed when
milk is turned into cheese.
Therefore,
you can eat yogurt and cheese with 0% fat in unlimited quantities. There are
also market and yogurt with 0% fat, sweetened with aspartame, sucrose, etc. -
are allowed and of course as long as they are sweetened with sugar.
There
are also market and yogurt with 0% fat but with fruit - these are not
recommended during the attack but can be eaten in small quantities in the rest
periods.
And now we come to the mandatory
category from our list:
Category 9 - a minimum of a half
liter of water per day
Drinking
water is extremely important in Dukan regime and therefore a half-liter minimum
is required. Food waste (waste) that the body creates when consuming fats
should be eliminated. The only way that they can be removed is by drinking
water.
In
addition, drinks like coffee and tea (with a little milk and sweeteners 0%) and
Coca Cola light and other light drinks (with no sugar sweeteners) are allowed.
It
is recommended to drink water with every meal - from the beginning, during and
at the end table.
Category 10 to 1 and a half-tablespoon
of oat bran per day
What is oat bran?
For
many years Dukan, diet did not include the first two steps any flour product.
Dr Dukan Oat bran found in a congress of cardiology in America. Oat bran is the
outer casing of the oat seed. They are rich in soluble fiber and pectin.
Soluble fiber helps the absorption of large quantities of water - about 22
times higher than any other fiber. Thus, once the oat bran reach the
gastrointestinal tract absorb water and other nutrients present there and
occupying a large extend. This has two effects:
Absorb
water and fat thus reducing the number of fat consumed are reabsorbed into the
blood and occupies more space thus creating a feeling of fullness almost
immediately.
Many
studies show that due to the properties described above, oat bran helps
stabilize blood sugar levels (good for diabetics) and helps to reduce
cholesterol levels.
Oat
bran negative aspect is that the same mechanism described above, they absorb
valuable vitamins and nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, we
recommend taking a multivitamin supplement to compensate for this loss. Also,
if you take certain medications daily is recommended to wait an hour after
eating oat bran for taking these drugs. In general, experts and including Dr
Dukan recommends eating 3 tablespoons of oat bran a day is ideal for health.
How to use
During
