The
basic principles
"We
cannot lose our own fat if you eat other fats."
OK,
before we get into specific details about diet, let us spend a few minutes
discussing the principles on which it is based and why it works with such
effectiveness. I first time I read the book I was tempted to skip this chapter

Universal

allows consumption of vegetables because they have so much sugar component. The
remaining carbohydrates are reintroduced by little during the period of

Lipids
Lipids
are of course the biggest enemy of weight loss. As Dr. Dukan says, "We cannot
